Life Science Recruitment and Sales and Marketing.ie are hiring a recruitment consultant to join their team. This is a new role which will give the successful candidate an opportunity to join a growing company.
Founded in 2007, Life Science Recruitment set out to differentiate themselves in the recruitment market by investing in people and utilising technology to support them. Job Duties Include:
• Business development. We are professionals and work with people who know what is required to be successful.
• Use existing relationships to develop existing accounts and develop new clients
• Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
• Implement, monitor and update business/marketing plans
Requirements:
• The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years recruitment or in-house sales experience (involving business development and account management)
• Excellent communication skills
• Display ambition, hard work ethic and a proven track record in relationship development
• An interest in technology, social media and e-business would be a distinct advantage
